MOMOLAND’s Nancy Selected As Most Beautiful Face By TC Candler, Surpassing No.9 Jisoo & No.23 Jennie
MOMOLAND member & musical actress Nancy was picked as Most Beautiful Face in the World in 2023
According to 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2023 selected by American film review site TC Candler, MOMOLAND ranked No.1 in the women’s chart.
Many other K-pop female idols also appeared on the list. Following Nancy in the first place, TWICE’s Sana came in third place, and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo in 9th place. The rankings also showed No.12 Rosé, No.14 Lisa, No.17 Jeon So-mi, and No.23 Jennie. Actress Nana was named in 15th place while TWICE’s Tzuyu was No.11 and IVE’s Jang Won-young was No.27.
In the rankings for men, BTS’s V ranked No.10, followed by No.16 Jungkook, No.46 Jimin, No.56 ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo, No.67 Jin, and No.69 SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu. First place in the TOP 100 for men was actor Timothée Chalamet.
TC Candler selects candidates from more than 50 countries every year to choose 100 Most Beautiful Faces, aiming to promote modern ideals of global beauty.
Among Korean celebrities, former After School member and actress Nana was the first Asian to top the list for two consecutive years in 2014 and 2015. BTS’s V & Jungkook and BLACKPINK’s Lisa also topped the list once.
