After nearly four years away from the stage, MOMOLAND’s JooE and Nancy made their much-anticipated return, catching attention with their changed looks and renewed energy.
On September 13, the duo appeared on SBS PowerFM’s Cultwo Show, where they promoted their new single RODEO and shared heartfelt thoughts about their comeback. Joined by creator RalRal and singer Kim Tae-hyun in the Love Call Center segment, the two idols delighted listeners with their candid and playful banter.
MOMOLAND described RODEO as a song carrying an uplifting message: “Even in repetitive daily life, don’t give up move forward with strength.” Nancy admitted, “It felt like preparing for a debut again since it’s been so long. Just being with the members makes me happy.” JooE added with a smile, “It feels both desperate and precious, yet familiar and comfortable at the same time.”
With their 10th debut anniversary coming up next year, the group also revealed plans to meet fans more frequently. Nancy promised, “We’ll find more chances to connect with fans,” while JooE noted that special activities will depend on the reception of RODEO.
Outside of music, JooE has been building her presence on YouTube with her channel JooJoo Nail , where she showcases her talent for nail art while chatting with guests. Nancy praised her skills, saying, “She’s so good that I didn’t want to take it off. I thought I’d erase it right away if it wasn’t great, but I ended up keeping it until it faded.”
Meanwhile, Cultwo Show airs daily from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. KST and is also streamed live on its official YouTube channel Erao.
