Mnet plans to sign exclusive contract with “Street Man Fighter” crews

CJ ENM is planning to sign a contract with the cast of “Street Man Fighter.”

According to a report by Hankyung Dotcom on July 11th, CJ ENM proposed to the cast of the men’s dance crew survival show “Street Man Fighter,” which will air for the first time in August, to sign a contract related to their post-broadcast activities.

Unlike “Street Woman Fighter,” this means that CJ ENM will directly support the cast’s activities after the broadcast.

In this regard, an official from CJ ENM said, “We proposed a contract to support the activities of the “Street Man Fighter” cast after the program,” adding, “To help them carry out various activities in a stable environment and to create a global fandom, such as promoting global tours.”

However, the detailed form, period, and contents of the contract cannot be disclosed yet.

Mnet received great love last year for its program “Street Woman Fighter, which depicts the battle of female dance crews. The program boasts high popularity, and its ratings jumped from 0% for the first broadcast to 2% in the middle of the show. Mnet, which has created viral dances in addition to music thanks to the popularity of “Street Woman Fighter,” is expected to continue its fever with “Street Man Fighter.”
