On May 18, MC Mong held a livestream through his TikTok account, where he personally addressed various rumors and allegations that have surrounded him in recent months.
During the broadcast, MC Mong denied accusations involving illegal funds and gambling activities. He stated, “How does this even make sense? If I had used company money for illegal gambling, wouldn’t that immediately show up in the account records? I can even reveal my bank account. I honestly don’t understand these claims about gambling with company funds.”
The rapper also discussed the company’s operating expenses and investment scale in detail. While mentioning a boy group currently in an exclusive contract dispute with ONE HUNDRED, MC Mong criticized the group’s previous contract conditions.

“The previous company paid 500 million won per member as a signing bonus, and we paid 16.5 billion won in total. That’s three times more,” he claimed. “If they received 16.5 billion won, then they should pay back 8 billion won before leaving. What kind of behavior is that?”
However, controversy intensified when viewers pointed out that MC Mong appeared to portray former employees who left the company as traitors during the livestream.
After the broadcast ended, a former employee identified as “A” posted a furious response on social media.
“This could’ve all been avoided if you had simply paid salaries on time… We still haven’t received our wages,” the former employee wrote. “National pension, health insurance, severance pay — everything was overdue. If employees had been treated properly and artists managed well, why would staff resign? Some employees even worked part-time jobs while enduring all of this because they weren’t getting paid, yet now you’re attacking them.”

Another former employee, identified as “B,” also shared their frustrations publicly.
“I honestly don’t know what he means by saying the employees are all the same,” the post read. “We never received our salaries, severance pay, or unused vacation compensation. Even the four major insurances and national pension payments were overdue. He asks why employees left? Vendor payments were delayed throughout the entire year, and the working-level staff were the ones suffering every single day in the middle of it all. Even our personal professional networks were destroyed. Everyone endured this situation only because of the artists.”
The former employee continued by criticizing the company’s financial management.
“No matter how many times the registered CEO changed on paper, the people controlling and managing the company funds remained the same from beginning to end. Whether gambling or embezzlement happened isn’t even the issue anymore. We don’t care where the advance payments went. The person controlling the finances should have first paid the money owed to employees, artists, and business partners. Just pay us.”

Meanwhile, ONE HUNDRED was jointly established in December 2023 by MC Mong and p\ Arc Group chairwoman Cha Ga Won. The entertainment company currently oversees labels including Big Planet Made Entertainment and INB100.
Recently, multiple artists under those labels have reportedly become involved in conflicts regarding unpaid settlement payments and financial disputes with the agency.
