Song Ha-yoon’s next drama "History of Losers" also got in a crisis.

Drama officials told MK Sports on March 2nd, “The release time of the drama ‘History of Losers’ is currently undecided. Nothing has been decided in relation to it, but the public opinion is that its internal situation is not good due to the controversy over Song Ha-yoon’s school violence allegations.”

Based on a webtoon of the same name, “History of Losers” is a drama about a story of a 20-year-old “loser” boy. It cast Cho Byung-kyu, Song Ha-yoon, and Ryeoun as main characters, and finished filming already.

However, as Song Ha-yoon was embroiled in allegations of school violence, “History of Losers” was also in a crisis. Previously, “History of Losers” also faced difficulties due to another actor’s “school violence suspicions.” Cho Byung-gyu was suspected of being a school bully in February 2021. The accuser later admitted to giving false information, but called for verification of his accusation once again ahead of the first broadcast of Cho’s drama “The Uncanny Counter 2.”

As the controversy grew, Cho Byung-kyu denied the allegations at the press conference of “The Uncanny Counter 2,” saying, “I really did my best to explain that it was not true,” but the public’s view of him is still negative.

Attention is focusing on whether “History of Losers” will be able to air on the small screen after the bad news emerged before the broadcast.
