LOONA to held its first solo concert in Japan next year, following Chuu’s departure

According to the agency Blockberry Creative, LOONA will hold its first solo concert ‘LOONA 1st Live [LOONATHEWORLD] in TOKYO 2023’ on March 3 next year at Tachikawa Stage Garden in Tokyo, Japan.

This will be LOONA’s first solo concert in Japan. Last year, LOONA successfully completed their Japanese debut with the full lineup. However, for the 2nd Japanese single released last September, Chuu was absent due to her personal schedule, so they performed as an 11-member group.

Some Japanese fans said, “I haven’t seen Chuu in person since I started liking her. I wanted to see her this time”, “I wanted to see Chuu do her first solo concert as well as debuted in Japan”, “This is really too much for Chuu, LOONA, and the fans,” and “As soon as Chuu was kicked out, things proceed smoothly as if they’d waited.”

Meanwhile, LOONA’s agency Blockberry Creative expelled Chuu from the group on the 25th of last month, saying, “Chuu used abusive language and other abuse toward the agency’s staff.”
