Lisa Revealed a BABYMONSTER Member Once Cried in Front of Her

BABYMONSTER – the rookie girl group under YG Entertainment, also known as the “sister group of BLACKPINK.” Consequently, from their music productions to the visuals of the members, they are often compared to their seniors. Recently, Lisa’s interview with Rolling Stone magazine from 2022 resurfaced unexpectedly among international netizens. In the interview, Lisa mentioned that no matter how busy she is, she always finds time to take care of the 17-year-old Thai trainee because it reminds her of her own trainee days: “There’s a Thai trainee that makes me remember when I was young. I’m trying to take care of her. It’s not necessarily giving advice. We eat together, go shopping. She’s 17 and has been here for almost two years.”

Lisa’s sharing led many to believe that the Thai trainee she mentioned is none other than Pharita, a member of BABYMONSTER, as she was born in 2005 and will turn 19 this August.

Especially, Lisa revealed that Pharita once cried in front of her: “Once I asked her ‘Is there anything bothering you?’ and she started to cry. ‘I want to dance like you, but I dance so badly, I’m very sad about that.’ I just told her ‘Keep practicing.'”

After this sharing resurfaced, netizens believed that Lisa’s encouragement and care helped Pharita become an outstanding rookie idol as she is now. Since her debut, Pharita has received praise for both her looks and talent.
