Recently, famous female Korean rapper Lee Young-ji has been targeted by hate comments from various international fans of Kpop idols.
In particular, after a video of NCT’s Mark, IVE’s Yujin, and Lee Young-ji dancing to NCT U’s “Baggy Jeans” was published on TikTok and Instagram, various hate comments have flooded in, criticizing Lee Young-ji’s “unserious dancing” and “questionable behavior”.
Criticisms of Lee Young-ji also spread on the SNS platform X, where people published posts such as, “It’s so irritating because Young-ji can actually dance… not everything has to be for comedic purposes I BEG”, “Another downfall I’m praying on is Young-ji in 2024”, “I’m starting to understand the Young-ji hate”, and “If Young-ji has a million haters I’m one of them. If she has one hater it’s me. If she has 0 haters I have died. If the world is against Young-ji I’m with the world, if the world is for young-ji I’m against the world”.
Now, hate comments aren’t an unfamiliar thing for celebrities… except according to Lee Young-ji’s official X account, the female rapper is revealed to have “liked” all of these.
It is unknown whether the female star agrees with these comments, if she finds them funny, or if she has other plans.
Meanwhile, Lee Young-ji was previously criticized for her stage with IVE’s Yujin, and even had to release an apology to SEVENTEEN’s DK for “insincere attitude”.
