The late Juliana’s father, Park Arthur, a third-generation Goryeoin (ethnic Koreans in the post-Soviet states), needs more than 10 million won, including 4.5 million won for embalming her body, 4.5 million won for ship fare, and 500,000 won for an ambulance to transport the body to Donghae Port, but he had no money as he is working in nursing homes due to his old age.

On Nov 4th, he will need to take a ferry to Vladivostok, Russia, departing from Donghae Port in Donghae-si, Gangwon-do, but he will highly miss this. If he misses this ferry, he can only catch it a week later.
