While the news of Lee Seung Gi’s attendance at the KBS Drama Awards became a hot topic, the camera showed him on the screen among his colleagues. In particular, the actor looked nervous. Many thought that he shaved his head because of the mental suffering caused by the recent dispute with Hook Entertainment.

In response,  Lee Seung-gi said, “First of all, I think I should tell you why I cut my hair short. Many people speculated that it was because of personal reasons or a change in personal state of mind, but it’s not at all.”

In his acceptance speech, Lee Seung-gi said, “I really enjoyed filming. The teamwork of the ‘The Law Cafe’ team is really good. Personally, I had fun filming because it was a romantic comedy after a long time. Actor Lee Se-young, who I was with, gave me energy and many people loved me, so I think we won the best couple award.”

Lee Seung Gi played the male lead Kim Jung Ho in KBS2’s Mon-Tue drama “The Law Cafe”, which ended on October 25th. He was nominated for Popularity Award at this year’s KBS Drama Awards.

Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi is in conflict with his former agency Hook Entertainment over music revenue and advertisement settlements. He also announced his plan to donate all the money he would receive from Hook. On December 29th, the actor kept his promise and donated the first 2 billion won to Seoul National University Children’s Hospital.
