Lee Mi Joo, “Watching the cast of ‘Office Romance’, sometimes I feel like I want to date but sometimes I don’t”
Lee Mi Joo boasted about her teamwork with the MCs of Coupang Play’s program “Office Romance”.
On November 18th, the press conference for Coupang Play’s entertainment program “Office Romance” was held at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Hotel in Cheonggyecheon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul. PD Kim Han Kyu, writer Park Won Woo, MCs Jung Jae Hyung, Lee Juck, Lee Mi Joo and Ahn Ah Reum attended the event.
In the worldview of “Office Romance”, Jung Jae Hyung is the CEO of a virtual fashion company called ‘Love & Work’. In this regard, Lee Mi Joo laughed and said, “Our CEO founded a company for dating”.
It’s been a long time since MBC’s “Infinite Challenge” that Jung Jae Hyung and Lee Juck, who have a close personal relationship, worked together on the same broadcast. Jung Jae Hyung said, “I wondered if we could end this program smoothly. We are not watching some kinds of refined editing. Our ‘smart Smurf’ Lee Juck organized them all. I enjoyed the filming, and it was very comfortable.”
Lee Mi Joo joined the MC team with many great seniors. Regarding their chemistry, she said, “We got along well from the beginning when we met and greeted each other”.
Lee Mi Joo continued, “It was not like our first time at all. We even asked the staff to keep the same team and film something else. We enjoyed the filming so much”, explaining the warm atmosphere on the set. Lee Juck then said, “Mi Joo worked with Yoo Jae Seok so she got along and worked with us well”, pouring out compliments for Mi Joo.
Mi Joo revealed she was immersed in the discussions about relationships between unpredictable cast members. She shared, “Watching them, I did want to be in a relationship but then suddenly didn’t feel like doing that anymore. My feeling just went back and forth like that.”
“Office Romance” is an office romance reality program in which 12 men and women at the virtual fashion company ‘Love & Work’ get dating chances as their salary. The first broadcast aired on November 11th, and a new episode will be available every Friday at 8 p.m.
