Lee Kwang-soo: “I have a bromance with Seo Kang-joon in ‘Happy New Year’, but he enlisted in the military”
Lee Kwang-soo hinted at his perfect bromance with Seo Kang-joon.
At the press conference of the movie “Happy New Year” (Director Kwak Jae-yong) held online on December 1st, Lee Kwang-soo made everyone burst into laughter by saying, “Everyone has their own male-female couple, and I’m the only one with male-male couple.” He added, “Seo Kang-joon enlisted, so I’m here alone.”
Lee Kwang-soo introduced in place of Seo Kang-joon, “Lee Kang (played by Seo Kang-joon) is a person who became a singer after being unknown for a long time. My character is a manager whose contract is about to expire.” Lee Kwang-soo, who had previously worked with Seo Kang-joon once in the drama “Entourage“, shared his wish, “It was comfortable and fun to work with him while we were getting close. I hope that happiness will be conveyed to the audience.”
When asked to send a video letter to Seo Kang-joon, Lee Kwang-soo said, “How are you? It’s very cold today, so take care of your health. Fighting!”
Meanwhile, “Happy New Year” is a story about people who visit Hotel Emros with their own stories to make their own connections in their own ways.
