Lee Jong-suk and Yoona’s highly-anticipated “Big Mouse” reserved the timeslot of MBC Friday-Saturday drama

‘Big Mouse’ will meet the viewers through MBC.

According to Xports News on April 14th, ‘Big Mouse‘ will be broadcast as a Friday-Saturday drama on MBC from mid-July. The series was previously reported to be aired on tvN, but it is now officially announced to be broadcast on MBC. In this regard, MBC answered Xports News that it was still “a work under discussion.”

Big Mouse” is a series of the hard-boiled noir genre. It is the story about a lawyer, who only work to make ends meet with a win rate of 10%, getting caught up in a murder case he accidentally takes on and becomes a rare genius con artist ‘Big Mouse’ overnight to survive and dig into the huge conspiracy of the privileged class to protect his family.

Lee Jong-seok, Yoona, Kim Joo-heon, Ok Ja-yeon, Yang Kyung-won, Kwak Dong-yeon, Oh Eui-sik and others appear in this series.

Lee Jong-suk takes on the role of Park Chang-ho, a lawyer who is trying to make ends meet with a win rate of 10%. He is called ‘Big Mouse’ by the legal community because of his character which only speaks and cannot do, but when he wakes up, he is pointed out as ‘Big Mouse’, a genius con artist, and his life is threatened.

Yoona

Yoona takes on the role of Go Mi-ho, a nurse who has an outstanding beauty as well as a bold side, and Park Chang-ho’s wife. Mi-ho, who made Park a lawyer from nothing with her sincere support, goes out to clear the misunderstanding on her own after hearing the absurd story that her husband is a genius con artist.

Director Oh Choong-hwan of ‘Hotel Del Luna’, ‘Startup’, and ‘While You Were Sleeping’ will direct and screenwriter Haram is in charge of the script. Screenwriters Jang Young-cheol and Jeong Kyung-soon, who have written major works such as ‘Vagabond’, ‘Monster’, and ‘Empress Ki’, will participate as creators of the series.
