LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha Thought She Was Scammed After Passing a K-Pop Audition While Studying Ballet Abroad

During her ballet studies abroad, Kazuha from LE SSERAFIM thought the K-pop audition she passed was fraudulent.

On the episode of JTBC’s “Knowing Bros” that aired on April 29th, LE SSERAFIM made a guest appearance and showed great chemistry with the hosts.

Among them, Japanese member Kazuha surprised everyone by revealing that she had been studying ballet for 15 years. Kazuha started ballet at the age of 3. She said, “I dreamed of becoming a ballerina and studied abroad in the Netherlands.

Kazuha recalled her past, saying, “I suddenly became interested in K-pop while attending ballet school, so I thought about auditioning and submitted a video. I thought it was a scam when I received the acceptance text, so I was very scared. But when I met them in person, it was real, and I started preparing to become a K-pop idol.”

Kazuha also shared her struggles, saying, “Ballet requires core strength and maintaining proper posture, but when I started K-pop, I took hip-hop classes. I wasn’t used to bending my body, so the teacher said I looked like a tree while dancing.”

When asked if her parents opposed her decision to become an idol, Kazuha replied, “They were very worried, but they understood that doing what I want to do is the best thing.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM is set to release their first full-length album, “Unforgiven,” on May 1st. The album contains LE SSERAFIM’s determination to pioneer their own path without caring about others’ evaluations.
