LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin put what she felt while living as an idol into her solo song.

According to Source Music (HYBE), LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin will release her self-composed song “I ≠ DOLL” at 2 KST pm on January 9th. Huh Yunjin said she worked on this song while thinking that she wanted to honestly share her thoughts with fans.

“I ≠ DOLL” is a trap genre song based on rock and talks about people who are misled by their appearance instead of their inner values. Furthermore, through the song, Huh Yunjin conveys her hope that people will realize the importance of invisible things and empathize with them.

The title of the song was created by combining “I” and “DOLL”. Ahead of the release, Huh Yunjin said, “I put my thoughts on the new things I learned after my debut into this song. Sometimes appearances become the main criteria for evaluating someone. ‘I ≠ DOLL’ contains emotions when experiencing this in person or looking at it objectively from the perspective of a third person’s point of view. I hope that the message of this song will reach more people.”

Expectations are rising to see what kind of emotions Huh Yunjin, who has been in her debut for less than a year, will put into this solo song.

Meanwhile, “I ≠ DOLL” and Huh Yunjin’s first self-composed song “Raise y_our glass”, which was released through SoundCloud last year, will be available on domestic and overseas music platforms starting at 2:00 pm KST on January 9th.
