LE SSERAFIM Used Louder Live AR In Second Coachella Show After Criticism For Bad Live Singing

The group LE SSERAFIM has noticed its live singing controversy

LE SSERAFIM performed at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio Sahara, California on April 20 (local time). It was their second and final performance, which was a week after the first performance on April 13.

LE SSERAFIM appeared in fancy stage costumes and opened the concert with “ANTIFRAGILE.” They continued with songs such as “FEARLESS” to enhance the atmosphere of the concert. Despite the fact that some parts were confidently sung live or added loud chants, the group seemed to lean on live AR (a method of playing a live version recorded in advance) a lot. The volume of live AR was reportedly bigger than their first show a week ago, catching people’s attention.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM made its first appearance at Coachella on April 13. It captivated the audience with a set list filled with songs of various genres and splendid performances, which are their specialty. However, as the performance was broadcast to the world through YouTube, they were criticized for their lacking singing skills and unstable pitch. The fact that LE SSERAFIM performed with live AR in various music broadcasts, events, and solo concerts was also re-examined, raising public criticism.
