Girl group LE SSERAFIM, set to make a comeback with their first full album “UNFORGIVEN” on May 1st, was to appear as a complete group on the JTBC variety show “Knowing Bros”. The recording was scheduled for April 20th, and the broadcast was scheduled for April 29th.
The girl group was supposed to have a scheduled event, including greeting fans and press photos, on the day of the filming, but the event has been canceled due to the passing of a fellow idol. However, the recording of “Knowing Bros” will still proceed.
In particular, ASTRO Moonbin was reported to have been found dead at his residence in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 8:10 pm (KST) on the 19th. The police are investigating the exact cause of death.
As confirmed by iMBC Entertainment, Moonbin’s name is listed as the deceased at the Asan Medical Center funeral hall, and his family members are registered as the chief mourners. The funeral procession will take place on the 22nd.
Moonbin had previously taken a break from team activities due to health reasons in the winter of 2019 and focused on recovery. However, he had recently regained his health and was actively performing as part of ASTRO’s unit group Moonbin & Sanha, making the news even more shocking to fans.
