LABOUM to end group activities in August, taking the first step into the disbanding procedure

Group LABOUM (So-yeon, Jin-ye, Hae-in, and Sol-bin) is taking steps toward their disbandment.

According to Star News’ report on August 11th, LABOUM will disband after August.

LABOUM’s agency Interpark Music Plus is a subsidiary of Interpark. After Yanolja’s acquisition of Interpark, LABOUM will go through the process of disbanding as the company has no intention of operating a management agency.

LABOUM

LABOUM debuted in 2014 with the single “PETIT MACARON”. They were a six-member group at the time of their debut, but they have continued their activities as a four-member group as Yul-hee left in 2017 and Yoo-jung left in 2021. The group drew attention as a “military’s favorite” at the beginning of their debut before gaining popularity with “Journey to Atlantis” and “Hwi Hwi.”

LABOUM released their third mini-album “BLOSSOM” in November last year. Recently, each member has been doing their own solo activities.
