Ko Woo Rim mentioned his wife Kim Yu Na when appearing on his first entertainment program after their wedding
Forestella Ko Woo Rim appeared on an entertainment program for the first time after his marriage to Kim Yu Na.
On November 7th, the recording for KBS2’s “Immortal Songs” – Patti Kim Special was held at KBS Art Hall in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
On that day, Ko Woo Rim’s group Forestella also performed a stage. Expressing their feelings, Forestella said, “‘stella’ in Forestella means the star”, adding “It’s our honor to sing in front of the brightest star Patti Kim sunbaenim”.
Forestella sang Patti Kim’s “Pledge of Love” and Patti Kim praised, “This amazingly emotional performance was fresh and beautiful”.
In particular, Ko Woo Rim drew attention as it was his first appearance on an entertainment program after he married Kim Yu Na. MC Shin Dong Yeop introduced Ko Woo Rim, saying “Korea’s top 3 thieves used to be Yeon Jung Hoon, Rain, and soy sauce marinated crab. Someone here has beaten soy sauce marinated crab”.
He continued, “I got the honor to host their wedding, and they are a couple of a handsome man and a beautiful woman”, asking the audience to applaud.
Shin Dong Yeop then introduced Ko Woo Rim to Patti Kim as Kim Yu Na’s husband. Patti Kim reacted, “Kim Yu Na is such a talented person. She got a nice husband, who is young, handsome, and can sing very well”.
Referring to Kim Yu Na, Ko Woo Rim said, “She’s a reliable supporter who monitors my performance for ‘Immortal Songs’”, adding “I was worried a lot because this is my first entertainment show after getting married, but she cheered on me and told me to do well as I always did”.
Meanwhile, Ko Woo Rim tied the knot with Kim Yu Na on October 22nd.
