It has been revealed that KISS OF LIFE’s Natty trained together with Red Velvet’s Joy and Seulgi for a short period
In May 2023, Natty, who previously participated in the JYP’s audition program “SIXTEEN” and the Mnet’s audition program “Idol School”, officially debuted as a member of rookie girl group KISS OF LIFE.
In November of the same year, KISS OF LIFE made a comeback with the new album “BORN TO BE XX”, and their promotional period happens to overlap with Red Velvet, who is promoting their latest album, “Chill Kill”.
As a result, Natty has the chance to “reunite” with Red Velvet’s Joy and Seulgi, who she used to train with.
In particular, while it is well-known that Natty is a former JYP trainee, she briefly trained at SM Entertainment from before that, and thus became close with Joy and Seulgi.
On the fan communication app Bubble, Natty recounted her reunion with the two Red Velvet members, saying, “I actually trained with Red Velvet’s Joy and Seulgi sisters for a short time before entering JYPE. I thought they wouldn’t remember me, but they both told me that I’ve come such a long way and said that I’m doing great, too. So, I was deeply moved today. They’re so sweet… Like, wow.”
Meanwhile, Joy also recently published photos taken with Natty on her Instagram story, along with the captions, “Our Natty, since when have you grown like this?” and “Baby Natty”.
