“King the Land” production team allegedly uses Lee Jun Ho – Yoona’s dating rumors as PR stunt?

Yoona and Lee Jun Ho have been the talk of the town after their dating rumors broke out.

On July 3, news broke out that Lee Jun Ho and Yoona were dating. However, the two actors’ agencies refuted the rumors and affirmed they were only friends in the entertainment industry. However, discussions about their relationship continue.

Recently, on July 5, netizens started claiming that the dating rumors were part of a PR stunt to manipulate the audience’s reactions. A group of audiences reported that they were not interested in “King the Land” until the dating rumors broke out.

However, another group of viewers stated that the series’ rating was already high – at more than 12% on JTBC – before the dating rumors came out; therefore, the “King the Land” team would not have needed to resort to such a measure.

Meanwhile, on the fan forum Pann, many new discussions were posted in which Yoona and Lee Jun Ho were compared in terms of prestige. In the comment sessions, one side stated that Yoona had more fans and popularity than her co-star, Lee Jun Ho.

Nonetheless, the other side said that both actors had their success and visibility in their own rights; hence, it was unnecessary to compare the two actors.
