“King the Land” Lee Jun Ho looks for the whereabouts of his mother, who suddenly disappeared one day when he was young.

The teaser for episode 11 of JTBC’s weekend drama “King the Land”, which will air on the evening of July 22nd, showed Goo Won (Lee Jun Ho) taking charge of King Hotel’s 100th-anniversary ceremony with his father’s trust.

Hwaran (Kim Seon Young) gave Goo Won a list of invited guests and said, “Invite the people on that list”. In response, Goo Won said, “It’s my responsibility, so I’ll do whatever I want”.

Hearing that, Hwaran laughed at him, saying “It must be fun playing the hero”. She met Goo Won’s father Goo Il Hoon (Son Byung Ho), Chairman of King Hotel, and asked, “Are you going to leave Won be?”.

Goo Won visited the beef head meat and rice soup restaurant of Cheon Sa Rang (Yoona)’s grandmother (Kim Young Ok) and got hit on the head with a frying pan. While Goo Won was holding her arms and said, “It hurts”, Cheon Sa Rang gave him a sweet kiss on the cheek.

In the following scene, Goo Won was seen guiding an old man to the 100th-anniversary ceremony. Cheon Sa Rang then asked, “By any chance, đi you ask him about your mom? I’m sure he’d know”.

In fact, Goo Won’s mother Han Mi So suddenly disappeared one day when he was a kid. Growing up with pretentious people in the chaebol family at a young age, Goo Won has always been enduring his deep loneliness.

Though Goo Won had previously said he no longer wants to find his mother, Cheon Sa Rang comforted him during their trip to Thailand and suggested, “Let’s look for her together.”

Meanwhile, “King the Land” continues to enjoy high ratings as the love story between Goo Won and Cheon Sa Rang develops. Episode 8, which aired on July 9th, achieved a record-breaking viewership of 12.3%, and the recent episode 10 achieved 11.3%.
