Singer Kim Chung-hoon, actor Kim Soo-hyun’s father, recently held his second wedding ceremony without his son’s attendance
According to entertainment industry insiders on April 13th, Kim Chung-hoon held a wedding with his wife Ahn that day in Gangnam, Seoul. They belatedly held a wedding ceremony despite having been married for a long time.
The wedding was held privately without the attendance of only acquaintances. In particular, even Kim Chung-hoon’s son, actor Kim Soo-hyun, did not attend the wedding.
Kim Soo-hyun is known to be very close to his father Kim Chung-hoon. However, as the actor is arousing keen attention with his lead role in tvN’s Sat-Sun drama “Queen of Tears”, it is said that Kim Chung-hoon told Kim Soo-hyun not to attend his wedding to avoid attention from his son’s fame.
Kim Chung-hoon was active as a singer and leader of the band Seven Dolphins in the 1980s. Back then, the band gained huge love for their hit songs such as “Night Tofu”, “Where Should I Start?”, etc. He is now better known as “Kim Soo-hyun’s father”.
