According to Star News on Feb 13th, Kim Soo-hyun will appear as a guest on TEO’s YouTube variety show “Salon Drip 2”, which is scheduled to be released next month, along with actors Kim Ji-won and Park Sung-hoon.
“Salon Drip” is a talk show led by popular comedian Jang Do-yeon. It is a content introduced by TEO, a production company founded by PD Kim Tae-ho. Various top stars such as Gong Yoo, Uhm Jung-hwa, Ha Jung-woo, Joo Ji-hoon, Lee Dong-wook, Kim Hee-ae, Jo Jin-woong, Kim Seo-hyung, Ji Chang-wook, Yoo Ji-tae, Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Sung-min, Yoo Yeon-seok, Shin Dong-yup, Kian84, Yang Se-jong and Suzy appeared as guests and showcased their wit.
Kim Soo-hyun will appear on “Salon Drip 2” as part of the promotion for tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Queen of Tears” (written by Park Ji-eun, directed by Jang Young-woo and Kim Hee-won), which is scheduled to premiere on March 9th, along with Kim Ji-won and Park Sung-hoon.
“Queen of Tears” is about the dizzying crisis and miraculous rebirth of love between Hong Hae-in (Kim Ji-won), the third-generation Queens Group chaebol and department store queen, and Baek Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyun), the son of Yongdu-ri and supermarket prince. It is highly anticipated even before its broadcast, as it is a new work by writer Park Ji-eun, who has written several hit dramas such as “My Love from the Star”, “The Producers” and “Crash Landing on You”.
Previously, Kim Soo-hyun decided to appear on tvN’s entertainment program “You Quiz on the Block” for the promotion of “Queen of Tears”. Accordingly, he will reunite with MC Yoo Jae-suk after 7 years since appearing on MBC’s entertainment program “Infinite Challenge” in 2017. With his appearance on “Salon Drip 2” following “You Quiz on the Block“, Kim Soo-hyun is expected to actively promote as a passionate promotional fairy.
