On May 27, Lee Jin Ho uploaded a new video to his YouTube channel titled “Even The Photos Were Fabricated… How Kim Se Ui Tried To Destroy Kim Soo Hyun”, where he claimed that several controversial materials previously circulated online had been manipulated or falsely presented.
According to Lee Jin Ho, some photos that Garo Sero Institute allegedly used to frame Kim Soo Hyun in a relationship controversy were incorrectly presented as images taken during another individual’s minor years.
Lee Jin Ho stated that the photos in question were actually taken after 2019, when the individual involved was already legally an adult. He further claimed there were no confirmed photos showing Kim Soo Hyun together with the late actress Kim Sae Ron during her minor years.
The YouTuber additionally accused Garo Sero Institute of intentionally using older childhood photos in order to strengthen what he described as a misleading “minor-related narrative.”
Another major point raised in the video involved alleged manipulation of KakaoTalk chat screenshots.

According to Lee Jin Ho, the conversations themselves may have existed, but he argued that the identities of the participants were altered through editing techniques involving profile photos and chat layouts.
“The conversations themselves were inserted as they were. But the participants were changed. That is the core issue. That’s manipulation,” Lee Jin Ho claimed during the broadcast.
He also alleged that an audio recording connected to a source based in New Jersey may have involved AI-generated editing. According to Lee Jin Ho, although Garo Sero Institute publicly claimed to possess extensive evidence including photos and videos, questions remain regarding whether proper verification procedures were conducted before the materials were shared publicly.

The controversy intensified further after Lee Jin Ho criticized responses reportedly given during a previous press conference, claiming that verification responsibilities had been shifted toward the National Forensic Service without sufficient prior confirmation.
Toward the end of the video, Lee Jin Ho strongly condemned what he described as reckless online framing and misinformation.
“We need to carefully examine who is spreading false claims and manipulating information,” he stated, while arguing that unverified public accusations could amount to “social destruction” for the individuals involved.
At this time, the claims presented by Lee Jin Ho remain part of an ongoing public dispute, and no final legal conclusions have been officially announced regarding the allegations discussed in the video.
