In addition, the splendid cast lineup consisting of Kim Nam-gil, Lee Da-hee, Cha Eun-woo, and Sung Joon, who are expected to provide extreme catharsis, is arousing interest from not only their own fans but also general drama fans. In “Island”, veteran actor Kim Nam-gil, who has shown unlimited acting spectrum in both dramas and movies, plays Ban, who was raised in tragic condition to confront evil in preparation for the end of the world but could not fit in with humans. Ban, whose destiny is to protect the world, agonizes over what is worth keeping even when he abandons himself. Many people are looking forward to Kim Nam-gi’s acting to create another syndrome with his expression of this new character.
