On May 7, the ELLE Korea YouTube channel released a video titled “You’re Not Watching This Even Though She’s This Pretty?! Princess Ji Won’s Preference Interview.”
In the video, Kim Ji Won showcased her stunning visuals while filming a jewelry photoshoot. In particular, her newly styled bangs created a noticeably different atmosphere, making her appear almost unrecognizable to some viewers. Her slimmer face also appeared even smaller with the hairstyle change.
The actress also participated in an interview during the shoot. When asked whether she has a routine to calm her mind, Kim Ji Won answered, “I try to make time for myself. On set, even if it’s just for a moment, I close my eyes and rest. At home, lying down and staring at the ceiling gives me a sense of peace.”
When asked about the most beautiful moment in life, she shared a thoughtful response: “I think this moment right now is the most beautiful. I tend to worry a lot and think too much about the past and the future. But when you do that, it becomes easy to miss the present. Right now is the most beautiful moment because it’s the moment we’re living in, so I think it’s important to cherish it.”
Meanwhile, Kim Ji Won recently became a hot topic due to her extremely slim appearance. Back in March, when she attended a jewelry event in Milan, many fans expressed concern after noticing her visibly pronounced collarbones and ribcage.
Even in the newly released video, some viewers continued to comment on her weight loss, leaving reactions such as, “She’s gotten even thinner,” “Did she really need to lose this much weight?” and “She looks like a completely different person.”
On the acting front, Kim Ji Won is set to return to television later this year through the new SBS drama Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia.
The series is a Korean adaptation of the hit Japanese drama Doctor-X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon originally aired on TV Asahi. The medical noir drama follows genius doctor Gye Su Jeong, known as Doctor X, as she confronts corruption and injustice within the medical world using only her exceptional skills.
