Actress Kim Hyo Jin will appear in the new drama “Diva of the Deserted Island”.
On March 8th, Kakao Entertainment announced that Kim Hyo Jin confirmed her appearance in the newly produced drama “Diva of the Deserted Island” (written by Park Hye Ryun, directed by Oh Choong Hwan).
“Diva of the Deserted Island” centers around “Seo Mok Ha”, who is rescued on a deserted island after going missing 15 years ago. Baram Pictures, which has a solid lineup such as “Race”, “Song of the Bandits”, “The Worst of Evil” and “Strangers” this year with excellent planning skills, will co-produce “Diva of the Deserted Island” with Kakao Entertainment.
“Diva of the Deserted Island” is directed by Oh Choong Hwan, who showed unique and sensuous directing skills through “Big Mouth” and “Hotel Del Luna”, and written by Park Hye Ryun, who drew emotional and heartwarming stories such as “Pinocchio”. In particular, it is the third work in which director Oh Choong Hwan and writer Park Hye Ryun work together after “While You Were Sleeping” and “Start-Up”. As Park Eun Bin and Kim Hyo Jin joined the solid production team to complete the strongest lineup, “Diva of the Deserted Island” is already drawing attention from K-drama fans around the world.
