Kim Go Eun had her fellow Goblin cast members laughing after joking that playing a shaman in the hit film Exhuma made her completely fearless.
The actress made the lighthearted remark during tvN’s 20th anniversary special Together, Brilliantly Divine – Goblin 10th Anniversary Trip, which aired on July 5. The program reunited the beloved cast to celebrate the fantasy drama’s 10th anniversary with a nostalgic getaway to Gangneung. The trip featured Gong Yoo, Lee Dong Wook, Kim Go Eun, Yoo In Na, Kim Byung Chul, Lee El, and Park Kyung Hye.

After arriving at their accommodation, Gong Yoo took charge of assigning rooms. “The biggest room should go to Kim Go Eun and Yoo In Na. Lee Dong Wook can take the upstairs room, and I’ll stay in the outside room,” he suggested, graciously giving the more comfortable spaces to his castmates.
Yoo In Na responded that she wouldn’t mind sleeping on the couch. “I think I could sleep on the sofa just fine. It’s soft and comfortable,” she said. Kim Go Eun then surprised everyone by making an even bolder offer. “Honestly, I could even sleep outside,” she said casually.

Yoo In Na immediately reacted in disbelief. “I could never sleep out there. It’s way too scary. Try going there by yourself!” Completely unfazed, Kim Go Eun delivered the punchline that had everyone laughing. “I’m not scared,” she said. “I’m a shaman, aren’t I?” Her joke referenced her acclaimed role as shaman Lee Hwa Rim in the blockbuster occult film Exhuma, where she portrayed a fearless ritual specialist confronting supernatural forces.
After Kim Go Eun walked away, Lee Dong Wook kept the joke going. “That’s just who she is,” he laughed. “She’s Exhuma.” His playful comment sent the cast into laughter, highlighting the group’s natural chemistry and the easygoing atmosphere throughout the reunion special.
The Goblin 10th Anniversary Trip has delighted longtime fans by bringing the cast back together, offering heartfelt reunions, behind-the-scenes memories, and plenty of spontaneous humor that reflects the close friendships they have maintained over the past decade.
