Kim Da-mi and Choi Woo-sik’s drama rose back up after recording the lowest rating in episode 2

Kim Da-mi and Choi Woo-sik reunited after 3 years for “Our Beloved Summer”, which recently reversed back to the 3% rating range.

SBS Monday-Tuesday drama “Our Beloved Summer” has recovered to the 3% viewer rating. According to Nielsen Korea, a ratings research company, the third episode of the drama “Our Beloved Summer,” which aired on Dec 13th, recorded a 3.1% viewer rating (based on paid households nationwide).

The figure has risen about 0.5% from the lowest viewer rating of 2.6% in the second episode, which aired on Dec 7th. SBS drama “Our Beloved Summer” is a youth romance genre that unfolds as a breakup couple is forcibly summoned back together after a documentary of them filmed in high school went viral. 

The main actors feature Kim Da-mi and Choi Woo-sik, who had worked together once in the 2018 film “The Witch”.  Choi Woo-sik plays the character Choi Woong, a building illustrator with a free soul. Choi Woong was a student who had no proper dream and was used to hiding himself but had to face his feelings in front of the top student of the school, who was living passionately every day.

Kim Da-mi will play Kook Yeon-soo, a realist public relations expert who always prioritizes the result over anything. Kook Yeon-soo’s best life goal when she was in school was to be the number 1 in whatever she does, but she is actually a person who lives passionately while adapting to the reality with wounds in her heart that others do not know.
