Christine Baumgartner, the wife of Hollywood actor Kevin Costner (68), who filed for divorce, has finally left their home.
On June 29th (local time), US media site Page Six reported that Christine Baumgartner, wife of Kevin Costner, was seen leaving LA Airport with two of their three children.
In particular, Baumgartner, dressed in a floral blouse and black pants, arrived at the airport while carrying a white carry-on bag and a cup of coffee.
Meanwhile, her kids, Hayes Logan (14) and Grace Avery (13) prepared for a long trip by wearing gray sweatshirts and pajama pants. The eldest son, Cayden (16), was not seen.
Despite the long-standing prenuptial agreement stating that Baumgartner should vacate the house within 30 days after filing for divorce on May 1st, she had refused to leave Costner’s 145 million USD mansion.
However, Baumgartner agreed to leave the mansion in exchange for money. The exact amount that Costner paid her to reach this agreement was not disclosed.
Previously, Baumgartner asked Costner to pay 248,000 USD in monthly child support.
However, Costner argued, “Baumgartner is already spending 188,500 USD on cosmetic surgery every month”, claiming “The children don’t receive any personal trainer service, only Christine does.”
Costner stated that the combined amount, including 51,940 USD per month of child support, children’s health insurance, private tutoring expenses, Grace’s private school tuition, and Cayden’s car expenses, he is paying every month is “reasonable”.
