Singer Jessi performed at Psy’s “SUMMER SWAG” concert.
Psy held his “SUMMER SWAG 2023” concert at the Olympic Stadium of Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul on June 30th.
That day, P Nation’s former artist Jessi took the stage as a guest, showing her unchanging friendship with Psy. After performing “What Type of X”, “ZOOM”, and “NUNU NANA”, Jessi spent time communicating with the audience, who looked disappointed because of her short performance. She said, “Psy oppa told me to sing only three songs”, drawing laughter.
Jessi was surprised to see the sea of blue waves created by the audience filling both the standing areas and seats of “SUMMER SWAG”. She exclaimed, “Psy oppa is so amazing. He can do this much?”
The female singer continued, “This year marks the 18th year of my career. I’ve been doing this work for a long time and I won’t stop”. She shouted, “Dream big, everyone”, drawing enthusiastic cheers from the audience.
“SUMMER SWAG” is Psy’s signature summer concert. Starting from the first performance at the Jamsil Sports Complex in 2011, “SUMMER SWAG” continued with more shows in 2012, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2022, and now in 2023. It has become the best summer concert in Korea by selling out all tickets and ranking first in ticket sales.
Meanwhile, Psy’s “SUMMER SWAG” concert this year began with the first Seoul show on June 30th and continues more performances on July 1st and 2nd. After then, Psy will bring his concert to Wonju on July 8th, Yeosu on July 15th, Suwon on July 22nd – 23rd, Buryeong on July 29th, Iksan on August 5th, Incheon on August 12th, Daegu on August 19th – 20th, and Busan on August 26th – 27th.
