Kep1er’s Huening Bahiyyih Suffers Loss of Family Member, Absent from Upcoming Schedule to Mourn

Kep1er member Huening Bahiyyih will not attend the group’s upcoming showcase in Japan due to personal matters. 

On May 3rd, Kep1er’s agencies Wake One and Swing Entertainment released a statement regarding Huening Bahiyyih‘s loss of a family member. 

Through the official fan cafe, the agency announced that “Huening Bahiyyih will be absent from Kep1er’s Japan 2nd Single ‘FLY-BY’ showcase scheduled for today (May 4th) and tomorrow (May 5th) due to the loss of a family member.”

The agency went on to say, “We apologize to the fans who were waiting for the event and ask for your understanding so that Huening Bahiyyih can have enough time to mourn.“

Finally, the agency added, “Once again, we ask for the fans’ generous understanding and send our deepest condolences to Huening Bahiyyih and her family.“

Kep1er is scheduled to hold a fan meeting in Tokyo on May 20th and 21st as part of their first arena tour in Japan, “FLY-BY.”

Huening Bahiyyih ranked second in Mnet’s girl group survival show “Girls Planet 999” aired in 2021, and debuted as a member of Kep1er.
