Kep1er fired the signal for their comeback.
On June 3rd, they announced, “The second mini album ‘DOUBLAST’ will be released on June 20th.” They also posted mood photos on SNS. They heralded a refreshing sensibility. There was a blue lemonade in the middle of the table. Bright colors such as yellow, blue and green added a fresh atmosphere.”
This is a comeback after about 6 months. Kep1er released their debut album “FIRST IMPACT” in January. The title song “WA DA DA” made it to the top of many global music charts.
Kep1er broke various records. “WA DA DA” was certified as “Gold” by the Japan Record Association for the shortest time ever among Korean female idol debut songs. They also won No.1 on a music show in the shortest period of time. An official said, “In the debut album, Kep1er expressed their determination to become the best. With the new album, they plan to continue the adventure story of their dream coming true.”
Meanwhile, Kep1er appeared on Mnet’s “Queendom 2”, which ended on June 2nd. They showed their growth and intense performance every round.
