Karina mentions aespa’s worldview, “8 members of aespa… I actually had a reality check many times during our schedule”

Karina confessed her thoughts on aespa’s worldview through “Omniscient Interfering View”.

Song Ga-in and aespa members Karina and Winter appeared on MBC’s entertainment program “Omniscient Interfering View” on July 9th as panelists. In particular, Karina drew attention as she confessed about aespa’s worldview.

On the broadcast, Jeon Hyun-moo introduced aespa and said, “Their album will be released simultaneously in Korea and the U.S”. Karina responded, “That’s why we’ll go to the airport and leave for the U.S after today’s recording”. Jeong Hyun-moo asked back. “Are you going there to do a showcase?”.

When Karina said, “That’s right. In LA”, Hong Hyun-hee and Lee Young-ja gave some advice on in-flight meals. Song Eun-yi said, “This is what seniors who have been to the U.S always say”. Jeon Hyun-moo added, “That’s all we can advise”, drawing laughter.

Yang Se-hyung then said, “aespa is a group with a unique worldview. It may be hard to understand for some people. There are 4 members but this is not a 4-member group”. To the casts who were confused, Karina explained, “We have AI members”.

However, Song Ga-in reacted, “I don’t understand what you’re talking about”. Yang Se-hyung continued, “There are 4 members who can’t be seen offline. The group is aiming for Metaverse, right?”. Song Ga-in responded, “I’m feeling dizzy. It’s like talking about the universe, the future…”

Karina got embarrassed as she said, “I often have a reality check during our activities”.

Meanwhile, it turned out that a park for trot singer Song Ga-in, Jindo’s daughter, was built in Jindo. Jeon Hyun-moo and Song Eun-yi, who have been there, certified the popularity of the part, saying that it was always crowded. Song Ga-in smiled and said, “Thank you. I also went to Song Ga-in Park and I felt like I had saved the whole country. It was my old neighborhood but then one day it gave me the feeling of being a general”.
