A special detail in the teaser drew emotional reactions from their fans.
Kara posted the first music video teaser of the title song “WHEN I MOVE” of the special album “MOVE AGAIN” on their official website at midnight on the 27th showing the members in bright, colorful outfits, raising toast at a party hall.
After individual shots showcasing their uniqueness, the teaser climaxed with silhouettes of five members lined up at the front of a magnificent set leading to a heart-shaped crown with a snippet of the song booming across the frame. The few shots raised anticipation for the comeback of the first Korean wave that conveys the KARA’s coolness.
An empty chair especially drew attention and some speculated it to belong to the group’s late member, Goo Hara.
The title song “WHEN I MOVE” is an impressive track with an impressive millennial-style arrangement, with members Kang Ji-young and Nicole participating in writing and composing the Korean lyrics, adding the girls’ individual color to the mix.
“MOVE AGAIN” is the first full-length album released by Kara in about seven and a half years, marking their 15th anniversary. All the members participated in the song work and album production.
KARA will release its special album “MOVE AGAIN” through various online music sites at 6 p.m. on the 29th, and will hold its first comeback stage at the 2022 MAMA in Kyocera Dome Osaka, Japan on the same day.
