KARA confirms comeback as a full group after 7 years, including Nicole and Kang Ji Young, who left 

Famous girl group KARA will make a comeback as a whole in November.

On September 19th, RBW announced, KARA will release an album to commemorate the 15th anniversary of their debut in November. As this is a 15th anniversary album that is re-released after a long time, we plan to support KARA members to express their wishes to their fans as much as possible.”

This new album is the first release from KARA in 7 years, since the group’s 7th mini album “In Love”, which was released in May 2015. Moreover, the album is extremely meaningful, as it not only includes members Park Gyu Ri, Han Seung Yeon, and Heo Young Ji, but also former members Nicole and Kang Ji Young, who departed the group in 2014.

The 15th anniversary album of KARA will be released by RBW, which acquired KARA’s original agency, DSP Media. As this is an album prepared for fans who have sent love and constant support for a long time, the members expressed their ambition to let fans enjoy a release full of happy and bright energy like a festival. 

In addition, KARA is planning to appear on various TV shows at the same time as the release of this 15th anniversary album, raising expectations even more.

KARA, who debuted with her first full-length album “Bloooooming” in 2007, received great love from the public as a “second-generation representative girl group” with various hit songs such as “Lupin,” “STEP,” “Mr,” “Pretty Girl,” “Honey,” “Mamma Mia,” “Jumping,” and “Wanna.” The group gained global popularity, having recorded high album sales on Japan’s Oricon charts and become the first Kpop girl group to hold a solo concert at Tokyo Dome.
