Former IZ*ONE member Kang Hye-won’s malicious commenters were imposed an abbreviated procedure by the prosecution.
On July 29th, 8D Entertainment revealed the progress of Kang Hye-won‘s complaint against malicious commenters through the official SNS.
Previously, Kang Hye-won’s side filed a complaint against malicious slander, defamation, insults and sexual harassment caused by spreading false information online.
As a result, the Gangnam Police Station saw that the accused were suspected of a crime and decided to send them to the prosecution. The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office also imposed an abbreviated procedure on the accused.
8D said, “We will continue to take legal actions on a regular basis after securing evidence through continuous monitoring. We will take strong measures without any leniency or agreement.”
Meanwhile, Kang Hye-won released the song “Like a Diamond” with Stella Jang in June.
