JYP, “New Office Building Auctioned Off For 75.5 Billion Won, Is Five times Bigger Than Current Building”
Park Jin-young talked about JYP Entertainmen’s new building in Godeok-dong.

Park Jin-young recently won a bid for about 75.53 billion won for 16,755 square meters of land for distribution and sales facilities in Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to build a new building.
As for the reason why he chose Godeok-dong, Park Jin-young said, “It was hard to find a big flat land. It is about five times bigger than the Lapland of the current office building,” he said. In response, Jung Jae-hyung said, “My hometown is there. The land there is wide, but it’s really in vain,” he wondered. Park Jin-young said, “That’s the public land and people bid, but we won. It’s a very spacious place. There is a Han River right next to it, and there is a mountain behind it, and it is very beautiful. It’s going to be really good. It’s close to our company building and my house. I wanted the new building to be in a quiet place.“
