The achievement was recorded on the world’s largest music streaming platform, Spotify, where Jungkook’s profile continues to grow rapidly despite his current hiatus from active promotions. His account is reportedly gaining more than 5.8 million streams daily, highlighting his sustained worldwide popularity.
Fastest Asian Artist to Reach the Milestone
With this achievement, Jungkook became the fastest Asian artist to surpass 10.5 billion streams on Spotify. He also made history as the first K-pop solo artist to reach the milestone, further solidifying his reputation as one of the most powerful streaming forces in global pop music.
His Spotify account has also surpassed 19.4 million followers, the fastest growth among Asian artists on the platform. Meanwhile, his monthly listeners remain consistently above 15 million, demonstrating strong and stable global demand for his music.
By February 2026 alone, Jungkook had gained over 160 million streams, making him the most-streamed K-pop male solo artist during that period.
