The expression of BLACKPINK Jisoo garners discussion amid rumors of Rosé being the only BLACKPINK member to renew with YG

It is known that BLACKPINK’s contract with YG Entertainment will expire in August this year, rousing a lot of discussion about the future of the group.

Recently, on the evening of July 10th, Nanyang Siang Pau, a Malaysian media outlet, unexpectedly reported that as of the moment, Rosé is likely to be the only BLACKPINK member who has decided to renew with YG.

The same source revealed that Jisoo does not want to renew, while Lisa is still in negotiation, though she herself wants to “end it and move on”. While Nanyang Siang Pau did not mention Jennie, bloggers on the Chinese SNS platform Weibo have previously shared rumors that Jennie wants to end her contract with YG as well.

Against all of this information, BLACKPINK fans become anxious and concerned about the group’s future. Nevertheless, a large number of fans doubt the accuracy of the aforementioned news, considering that Korean media has not published anything about this matter.
