“Jinny’s Kitchen” members wrap up the show with their feelings, “Reality hit me hard and I felt like working with bosses, not friends”

“Jinny’s Kitchen” cast members expressed feelings about their business.

The new broadcast of tvN’s “Jinny’s Kitchen” aired on May 5th showed Lee Seo Jin, Jung Yoo Mi, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Sik, and BTS V revealing their feelings after completing their business trip to Bacalar, Mexico.

PD Na asked the members about the good and bad things they felt throughout the ten-day business trip.

Lee Seo Jin mentioned “achieving the goal” as the best thing, adding that “Reaching 12,000 pesos in sales on the last day was a great accomplishment for me.” As for the disappointing things, he said, “There were times when the sales were insufficient. If we had tried harder, we could have made it higher, but the employees didn’t always do what I wanted them to do.”

He complained, “I don’t have much dissatisfaction with Director Jung (Jung Yoo Mi) and Manager Park (Park Seo Joon), who have solid experience, but the Interns (Choi Woo Sik and BTS V) were so annoying. There’s a saying that ‘one rotten apple spoils the barrel’. They disturbed other members and caused so many troubles”.

However, the Interns shared different opinions. Choi Woo Sik said, “As we stayed in the restaurant for more than five hours, I think we were really nervous, just like what Seo Jin hyung said. Despite the difficulties, it was also fun. Maintaining tension is both my strength and my weakness.”

He continued, “I worked with my friends, but at some point, they suddenly became more like bosses, not friends. That was new to me. Reality hit me hard when Tae Hyung (V) made me answer ‘yes’ sometimes.”

V said, “I felt great because I was able to run a restaurant with good and kind friends.”

Na PD pointed out, “At first, you might have thought this was a travel program, right?”.V replied, “I didn’t think that way at first, but after working, I started feeling something strange. For a day or two, I thought it was okay, but from the third day, I started feeling complicated. When I heard that everything was decided by the CEO, I felt a little confused. But I tried to enjoy it as much as possible.”

Park Seo Joon drew laughter when he asked “What was my main job?” before the interview.

The actor then shared, “The best thing was being able to have a good time with my favorite people”, adding “What I disliked was that I felt like I entered the military again. Things like setting wake-up times, constantly being watched by the boss, as well as following dress code restrictions are common points with the military life.”

Jung Yoo Mi honestly said, “Seo Jin oppa said he would make me feel comfortable if I joined ‘Jinny’s Kitchen’, but I’m not sure what was comfortable here. Seo Jin said he doesn’t like people with emotional ups and downs, but I think it would have been better if he controlled his emotions a bit more.”

She added, “Thanks to my colleagues, I was able to laugh a lot. I think I gained about three wrinkles, but these wrinkles aren’t bad”, expressing her affection for “Jinny’s Kitchen” members.
