JTBC’s Fri-Sat drama “Reborn Rich” reached a new highest viewer rating record.
According to the rating research company Nielsen Korea, episode 13 of “Reborn Rich”, which aired on Dec 17th, achieved a nationwide rating of 22.456%.
This is a sharp increase from the 19.817% rating recorded in episode 12, which aired on Dec 16th. With this result, “Reborn Rich” ranked No.1 among all programs of the same broadcasting time.
The drama once again broke its own record. The previous peak was 21.137% in episode 11, which aired on Dec 11th.
In episode 13, Chairman Jin Yang Chul (Lee Sung Min) eventually passed away, and an interesting development happened. In the trailer for episode 14, Jin Do Joon (Song Joong Ki), who seemed to inherit nothing, handed over a mysterious document, raising viewers’ curiosity about the next episode.
Meanwhile, the first episode of writer Moon Young Nam’s new work – TV Chosun’s weekend drama “Red Balloon”, which aired its first episode on the same day, recorded 2.42% and 3.742% in Seoul and nationwide ratings, respectively.
