Jimin (BTS) solo album debuts with a record-breaking first-day sales

Jimin (BTS) obtains impressive achievement with his first solo album debut. 

On March 24th, Jimin (BTS) released the first solo album “FACE” with the title track “Like Crazy” that impressed the audience with proper investment for both the visual and the performance in the video. Netizens are paying attention to the singer’s solo achievements.

Jimin received 1.021 million copies in his first-day sales on Hanteo, surpassing BLACKPINK’s “BORN PINK” with 1.01 million copies. He also becomes the first solo artist to sell 1 million copies within the first-day sales. The album “LIke Crazy” tops the iTunes chart across 100 countries and regions. 

On YouTube, “Like Crazy” achieves 11 million views with 1.9 million likes within the first 24 hours, topping the “Global Trending” chart and breaking in “Top Trending” in 70 countries. Jimin also became one of the Korean artists to have his debut song in the Top 2 of “Global Spotify” chart. 

Domestically, Jimin maintains a modest ranking. The song could not stay within the “FlO Top 100” chart upon release.
