Ji Chang-wook “Kiss master? I worked harder on other things”

Actor Ji Chang-wook shared his thoughts on being called a “kiss master”

On Nov 14th, Ji Chang-wook appeared as a guest on the web entertainment show “Salon Drip 2” produced by TEO.

Ji Chang-wook is known as the representative “kiss master” in the entertainment industry. He stated, “Actually, I worked harder on other things rather than kissing. Even though I talk like this, it feels good. I thought those scenes were beautiful. The credit goes to the team for creating the mood between me and my co-stars, more than me being good at kissing.”

Jang Do-yeon joked, “Isn’t that like putting your tongue on a well-prepared dining table? I’ll appoint you as a ‘pro kisser’.

She then asked, “Do you coordinate the kissing scenes?” Ji Chang-wook replied, “When shooting intimate or high-level skinship scenes, we coordinate in advance. We try different things during rough rehearsals.”

As someone who was a fan of “Heart Signal”, he said, “I wondered, ‘What, why am I so excited? Why is it so fun? What should I do?’ I wondered if I could give viewers this much excitement when doing the melodrama genre. It was shocking to that extent.

Meanwhile, Ji Chang-wook has an impressive social media account with 26 million followers, ranking third among male actors. When asked about the criteria for posting SNS photos, he answered, “These days, I post more photos related to my work than personal ones. I don’t post personal things.

He continued, “When I was younger, I took a lot of selfies, but now it seems like my face is not as good as before. In the past, I used to think ‘It came out well’ when taking photos, but now I feel like I’ve aged more than before.

Jang Do-yeon caused laughter as she remarked, “He’s saying something absurd. What is he talking about?

Ji Chang-wook, who is well-known in the entertainment industry as a devoted son, is living with his mother. He expressed special affection, “Living with my mother is good for my mental health. If I lived alone, it would have been more difficult. My mother, who leads an ordinary life, is always at home, providing healing in everyday life.”
