After (G)-IDLE Shuhua, famous rapper Jessi was also attacked in the face with water guns in a recent music festival.
(G)-IDLE Shuhua recently became a hot topic after being shot in the eyes with a water gun during the music festival “Water Bomb Seoul”, and famous rapper Jessi also suffered from the same thing.
One June 30th, Jessi posted to her Instagram account a video with the caption “When they wet your face but you play it off with style and grace”.
In the released video, Jessi appeared on the stage of ‘Water Bomb 2022’, which was recently held in Seoul. The rapper was hit in the face with water guns from the audience while singing the song “NUNU NANA”.
Jessi then pulled off an extremely professional reaction. Although she frowned at the attack, the rapper quickly resumed her choreography and focused on her stage.
Earlier, (G)-IDLE member Shuhua also faced the same issue, causing strong discussion among netizens, who criticized the perpetrators, and showed concern that celebrities may get seriously injured if these actions continued.
Shuhua, who was attacked in the face at the time, expressed her anger through Naver’s VLive, saying: “Who shot water in the face of others? I tried to open my eyes, but couldn’t see anyone for 30 seconds.”
