According to JoongAng Ilbo’s confirmation of real estate registration on May 10th, Jeon Ji Hyun and her husband jointly purchased the 47th floor of Acro Seoul Forest in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu. Purchasing transaction was reported to have been done on September 30 last year at 13 billion won.
Jeon Ji Hyun owns 12/13 of the property. The remaining part belongs to her husband.
Accordingly, the purchase is speculated to have been made entirely with cash without a mortgage. Jeon Ji Hyun has also moved to this address after buying it.
Jeon Ji Hyun is known as a big investor in the real estate industry. She bought a building with 8.6 billion won in 2007 and sold it for 23 billion won 14 years later, making a profit of a whopping 14.4 billion won. The actress also has a unique sense of investment, for example, she sold a house she bought with 7.5 billion won for 13 billion won.
Jeon Ji Hyun recently purchased a commercial building in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu worth 50.5 billion won and is confirmed to be receiving more than 16 million won per month in rent from L Company. All properties are owned solely in her name.
