Jennie and V’s dating rumor: A simple accident? Netizens gather more proofs found on the two’s SNS accounts
Amidst the rumors of a romantic relationship between BLACKPINK’s Jennie (Kim Jennie) and BTS’s V (Kim Tae-hyung), netizens discovered more evidence on the two’s SNS accounts.
On May 23rd, an article titled “Additional proofs found on Jennie and V’s Instagram accounts” were posted on various online communities. The article contains Instagram posts of Jennie and V.
In particular, BTS members opened their personal Instagram accounts 8 years after their debut in December last year. On December 7th, V suddenly followed BLACKPINK’s Jennie. Earlier, he was only following 7 accounts, including six of BTS members and BTS’s official account. But soon after, V unfollowed Jennie’s Instagram and went on the fan community platform Weverse to complain, “Is there any way to cancel the ‘recommendation’ function on Instagram? Meanwhile, the dating rumors of V and Jennie resurfaced on May 22nd after a photo of two people assumed to be the two visiting Jeju Island was released. The person who took that picture said, “Today’s hot photo”, adding, “I don’t know if they are only some lookalikes but two top idols were captured in Jeju Island. Especially, the female idol recently had a dating rumor but I heard she broke up with that OG idol member. That’s why fans are believing in this. Since the fact has not been confirmed, I will keep the names a secret.”
The names were not revealed since this was an unconfirmed fact, however, it was pointed out that Jennie did visit Jeju Island recently. She even posted on her Instagram a photo of her wearing the model “Tambu” of the sunglasses brand “Gentle Monster” she is modeling for.
