On June 17, a post on a social networking service (SNS) stated, “JDB Entertainment of Kkondaehee, Kim Jun-ho, and Yoo Min-sang,” adding, “The person who had an affair with a subordinate female employee through gaslighting is still the CEO.” The post continued, “A married man with two kids—did you get your wife’s permission?” and claimed, “This is not false information or malicious slander, yet they say it’s unfair.”
Alongside the post, a video was shared featuring a man and woman presumed to be the individuals in question. The video, which includes scenes of them hugging or engaging in physical affection on a street late at night, has shocked viewers.
On the same day, TenAsia reported, citing multiple entertainment industry sources, that “Mr. A and Ms. B have had several inappropriate meetings.” According to these sources, Mr. A and Ms. B frequently met alone after schedules, often hugging or holding hands on the street late at night.
Mr. A, who has appeared multiple times on MBC’s variety show Point of Omniscient Interfere, is a married man with a wife and two children. An industry insider told TenAsia, “Mr. A was seen driving a luxury foreign car while dating Ms. B,” adding, “Even when they were with others, Ms. B always sat next to Mr. A.”

A JDB Entertainment executive, Mr. C, stated, “Mr. A admitted to having inappropriate meetings with Ms. B.” He added, “A few days ago, company staff became aware of their relationship. As this is a serious matter, the company is reviewing what actions to take regarding Mr. A.”
However, on June 17, a representative from JDB officially told Star News, “We are currently verifying the facts surrounding the recent allegations. The individual in question has expressed their intention to step down.” The agency also added, “We sincerely apologize for causing concern with this matter.”
EFG Music had already announced on June 13 and 14 that it had terminated its exclusive contract with the girl group. The label later stated, “Due to the representative’s inability to directly manage the fallout, internal staff members are handling the situation and are gradually implementing the necessary measures. Considering the broader implications, EFG Music will suspend all operations for the time being. The company’s future, including whether it will continue to exist, will be determined after internal discussions and legal consultation.”
JDB Entertainment is a talent agency representing celebrities such as Kim Jun-ho, Kim Dae-hee, Yoo Min-sang, Kim Ji-min, Kim Min-kyung, Hong Yoon-hwa, Kim Min-gi, Shin Gi-ru, Oh Na-mi, and Hong In-gyu.

As public scrutiny intensifies, JDB Entertainment now faces mounting pressure to address the controversy surrounding its executive. With video evidence and insider testimonies painting a troubling picture, calls for accountability are growing both inside and outside the entertainment industry.
