IVE members were happy knowing drama writers were interested in them
On October 19th, a video titled, “A live broadcast with IVE suddenly happened somehow”, was suddenly uploaded on the YouTube channel “channel fullmoon”.
That day, IVE gathered at a studio as a whole group and had a talk with PD Na Young-seok.
During the live broadcast, Na PD asked Jang Won-young various questions and commented, “I think you’re a little different from what people often think about you”. The members then revealed that “Either Way” is Jang Won-young’s pick among the triple title songs. Jang Won-young shared, “This song tells about what others see about me. I really like the lyrics”.
Pointing at Ahn Yu-jin’s short hair, Na PD asked, “When are you going to grow your hair long again? How long will you keep this tomboy look? You look like a mischievous kid”, drawing laughter. In response, Ahn Yu-jin explained, “I think this hair is pretty. I cut it short because I wanted to try the concept during ‘Earth Arcade’ again”.
Later, Na PD asked IVE members, “All of you tried acting in this music video, right? Are you interested in acting?”. Ahn Yu-jin replied, “I think it would be an interesting challenge”. Na PD continued, “I know a lot of drama writers. They all tell me that they’re keeping an eye on IVE”.
Hearing that, IVE members showed enthusiastic reactions. In particular, Jang Won-young said, “I really want to try acting if there’s a chance”. Ahn Yu-jin added, “Just wait a little bit. IVE is currently doing a comeback promotion”, then shouted a slogan as the leader.
Meanwhile, IVE is promoting their first EP album “I’VE MINE”. As of the 16th, the group broke a new record by surpassing 1.1 million first-week album copies.
